Yes, you can download, register, and start using SCRIPT for free. Certain services, such as receiving e-prescriptions and ordering medicines online, require payment.

Can I register with SCRIPT without a Maltese mobile number?

Yes, as long as you have a Maltese address, you can register and access SCRIPT's services.

How do I pay for e-prescriptions or medicine orders?

You can pay directly from within our app using any of the major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Discover. SCRIPT does not store your credit card details and we use the latest technology to ensure that all your transactions are carried out in the most secure ways possible.

Can I use my existing paper prescription?

Yes, you can. Simply snap a photo of your valid paper prescription and upload it via the Script app. Our pharmacists will verify it, and within hours, it will be converted to an e-prescription for you, free of charge.

How do I access e-prescriptions sent through Script?

Once you register and login to the app, you'll find your e-prescription ready for use. Simply add a credit card for payment, and you're all set. Already registered users will receive a notification upon receiving a prescription.

Can I use my digital prescription at any pharmacy?

Absolutely! You can use your e-prescription to buy medication at your regular pharmacy or any pharmacy in Malta. Choose to visit a pharmacy in person or select from our partner pharmacies for online ordering and delivery.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, upon successful order placement, you'll receive an immediate confirmation on the app. Additionally, you'll receive a receipt via email. You'll also be notified when a pharmacist starts processing your order.

How long do deliveries take?

We aim to deliver all orders within 12-24 hours. When making a purchase, you can choose the dispensing pharmacy closest to your delivery address for quicker delivery.
